If you’re using the Microsoft Authenticator app and are prompted to go through the MFA process, you can click the ‘Sign in another way’ link and enter the code you see in the Microsoft Authenticator app. You can also opt to receive a text or a phone call to the alternate number you provided when setting up MFA and authorize the sign in that way.
