What if I don’t have a smartphone?

If you don’t have access to a smartphone, then in Step #4 of the “Enabling MFA” instructions, select “Authentication Phone” in the drop down and select either receiving a text message or a phone call. Instead of receiving a prompt on your phone to Approve the sign-in attempt, you will receive a code that you will need to enter into the login screen. (click here for additional instructions).
