For trusted connections (like Outlook on your phone or computer or if you check the ‘stay signed in’ checkbox in your browser), you will only need to go through this process once every 90 days. Most of our users connect to our servers using trusted connections, so having MFA turned on will have very minimal impact on them. If you’re using a connection that you haven’t used before (like a new computer or a browser), you will be prompted to go through the MFA process.
